- Please allow 10-14 business days for parts sourcing, assembly, and full system testing before shipment.

- Build time may vary slightly depending on part availability.

📦 Shipping:

- Once completed, PCs are securely packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days.

- Tracking information will be provided after shipment.

- Shipping times vary based on location (typically 2–5 days within the U.S.).

🛠 Quality Assurance:

- Every system is fully tested before shipping to ensure performance and stability.

- PCs are shipped safely with protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.

- Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

All NexaBuild PCs are custom-built and fully tested before delivery.

📦 Returns (Hardware Issues Only):

- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for hardware-related issues.

- Buyer must contact NexaBuild PCs within this period to report the issue.

🛠 Troubleshooting First:

- Most issues can be resolved quickly with basic troubleshooting.

- Support will be provided before approving a return.

💻 Return Conditions:

- PC must be returned in the same condition it was received

- No physical damage, tampering, or missing parts

- Original packaging is preferred

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations:

- Buyer’s remorse / changed mind

- Software issues after delivery (unless hardware-related)

- Damage caused by misuse, drops, or modifications

💰 Refunds:

- Refunds are issued after the system is received and inspected

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless item arrived damaged or defective

• Ryzen 5 5500 6 core 12thread CPU

• 16GB Ram (Corsair, Kingston, ect)

• Graphics ranges from GTX 980ti to current RTX GPUs (depends on your budget)

• 600 Watt PSU (Average)

• RBG (or normal) Fans

• SSD (1tb - 4tb)
