NexaBuild PCs – Return & Refund Policy
Custom PC Builds
All custom-built PCs are made to order and are non-refundable once parts have been purchased or the build has started.
We do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse

Wrong expectations after purchase

Change of mind after build begins
Working Systems (Completed Builds)
If your PC arrives fully built and tested:

You have 48 hours after delivery/pickup to report any issues

Must provide proof of issue (photo/video)

We will troubleshoot and repair or replace faulty components if applicable
Shipping Damage
If the PC is damaged during shipping:

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Keep all original packaging
-
We will file a carrier claim and repair/replace affected parts
Warranty Coverage (if you offer it)

Hardware failure under normal use: covered repair/replacement (parts only)

Does not cover:
-
Physical damage or misuse
-
Overclocking damage
-
Liquid damage
-
Tampering/modification by buyer

Returns (Rare Cases Only)
Returns may be accepted only if:

The PC is defective on arrival AND cannot be repaired remotely

Approved in writing by NexaBuild
-
Returned in original condition (no missing parts or damage)
Restocking fee may apply (10–20%)
Important Notes

All systems are tested before shipment

Performance expectations (FPS, benchmarks) are not grounds for return

Support is always available to optimize performance
