NexaBuild PCs – Terms & Conditions

1.  Overview

By purchasing from NexaBuild PCs, you agree to the terms outlined below. All systems are custom-built, tested, and sold based on the specifications agreed upon before purchase.

 

2.  Custom Builds

  • All PCs are built to order unless otherwise stated

  • Once parts are purchased or assembly begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded

  • Minor component substitutions may occur only if necessary due to availability, with equal or better parts provided

 

3.  Performance Disclaimer

  • Performance results (FPS, benchmarks, etc.) are estimates based on testing and may vary depending on games, drivers, and system use

  • NexaBuild PCs is not responsible for differences in real-world performance due to software or user settings

 

4.  Testing & Quality Control

  • Every system is fully tested for stability before delivery

  • Stress tests and boot verification are performed to ensure functionality

  • Systems are shipped or delivered in working condition unless otherwise stated

 

5.  Shipping Policy

  • PCs are packaged securely to reduce shipping risk

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the carrier once shipped

  • Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof

 

6.  Returns & Refunds

  • Custom-built systems are non-refundable once production begins

  • Returns are only accepted if:

    • The system is defective on arrival

    • The issue cannot be resolved through support

    • The return is approved by NexaBuild PCs

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect expectations are not valid reasons for return

 

7.  Warranty Policy

  • Hardware defects under normal use may be eligible for repair or replacement

  • Warranty does NOT cover:

    • Physical damage

    • Misuse or modification

    • Overclocking damage

    • Liquid damage

    • Third-party repairs or tampering

 

8.  Customer Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring correct usage and setup

  • Proper power, cooling, and maintenance must be maintained by the user

  • NexaBuild is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or external factors

 

9.  Support

  • Basic support is provided for setup and troubleshooting

  • Customers are encouraged to contact NexaBuild PCs before making modifications

 

10.  Agreement

By purchasing, receiving, or using a NexaBuild PC, the customer agrees to all terms listed above.
