Overview This Shipping Policy explains how NexaBuild PCs ships custom-built and pre-configured systems, components, and accessories purchased at nexabuildpcs.com.

Processing time

Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of purchase.

Build & fulfillment:

Standard custom builds: 5–10 business days from order confirmation (depends on part availability and any requested customizations).

Rush builds (if purchased at checkout): 2–3 business days.

Pre-configured systems and in-stock components: 1–3 business days.

Holidays, part backorders, or fraud checks may extend processing time; we will notify you by email if there is any delay.

Shipping methods, carriers & delivery estimates (domestic — United States) We ship from our fulfillment center in Rochester, WA.

Standard Ground (UPS Ground / FedEx Ground): 3–6 business days after dispatch

Expedited 2-Day (UPS 2nd Day Air / FedEx 2Day): 2 business days after dispatch

Overnight (UPS Next Day Air / FedEx Standard Overnight): 1 business day after dispatch

Economy (USPS Priority Mail — small accessories only): 2–5 business days after dispatch (not available for large systems)
Estimated delivery times exclude processing/build time. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Flat-rate shipping for custom desktop PCs:

Continental US (Lower 48): $49 for Standard Ground; $99 for Expedited 2-Day; $149 for Overnight.

Alaska & Hawaii: calculated at checkout (typically $150–$350 depending on carrier and package size).

Accessories and parts:

Orders under $50: $7.95 standard shipping

Orders $50–$199: $12.95 standard shipping

Orders $200+: free standard shipping (Ground) to continental U.S.

International shipping: Calculated at checkout based on carrier rates, package weight/dimensions, and destination country.
Promotions and free-shipping offers will be clearly shown at checkout and are subject to terms and exclusions (e.g., excludes oversized items, expedited shipping).

Packaging & handling

All PCs are professionally packaged in double-walled corrugated boxes with internal bracing and anti-static protection. Components are bubble-wrapped and secured.

We include foam inserts for GPUs, CPUs, and motherboards as needed.

Large systems are palletized if required by carrier.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with carrier name and tracking number.

International orders & customs

We ship internationally to most countries. Duties, taxes, import fees, and customs clearance charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Delivery estimates for international orders vary widely (typically 7–21 business days after dispatch) depending on destination and customs.

Some components (e.g., high-capacity batteries, certain liquid cooling parts) may be restricted or require special handling and can affect shipping availability and cost. We will notify you if items cannot be shipped to your country.

Signature requirement & delivery instructions

High-value items (custom PCs, GPUs over $700, etc.) require an adult signature at delivery. If no one is available to sign, carriers may leave a pickup notice.

You may provide delivery instructions at checkout (safe place, leave with neighbor). We will pass instructions to the carrier but cannot guarantee that carriers will follow them.

Shipping changes & address errors

Please review your shipping address carefully. Changes can be made within 1 hour of order placement by contacting nexabuildsupport@gmail.com.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for return shipping and re-shipment fees.

Lost, damaged, or missing items

Inspect packages at delivery. For visible damage, refuse delivery and contact nexabuildsupport@gmail.com immediately.

For concealed damage, report within 7 days of delivery with photos of packaging and the item(s).

For lost packages or missing contents, contact nexabuildsupport@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will open claims with the carrier and work to resolve the issue (replacement or refund) once the claim is processed.

Returns, exchanges & returns shipping

Returns for non-defective items follow our Returns Policy (see nexabuildpcs.com/returns). For most custom-built PCs, returns are accepted only within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a restocking fee (typically 20–30%) and return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Defective items under warranty: we will provide an RMA and instructions. We typically cover return shipping for defective items within the first 30 days; after that, shipping costs may apply per warranty terms.

Do not return products without an approved RMA; unapproved returns may be refused.

Pre-delivery setup & white-glove options

White-glove on-site setup is available in select ZIP codes for an additional fee. This includes unboxing, assembly (if required), basic cable management, and first-boot testing. Select the service at checkout where available.

Oversized & freight shipments

Very large systems (workstation towers, custom cases with pallets) are shipped via freight carriers. Freight shipments require business addresses or appointment scheduling for residential deliveries; additional fees may apply for liftgate or inside delivery.

COVID-19 or force majeure delays

Unexpected events (pandemics, natural disasters, carrier disruptions) may delay processing or shipping. We will communicate delays and work with carriers to minimize impact.
